The RT8420 has a sealed design which meets NEMA 4 standards, protecting its sensing element from dust, moisture, hydraulic fluid and other environmental elements. Its 4 - 20 mA feedback signal enables data acquisition over long distances while resisting electromagnetic interferences. This rugged transducer can be configured for full-stroke ranges from one eighth to 180 turns -- almost 65,000 degrees. Accuracy for full scale ranges less than 5 turns is +/- 0.3% of full scale while higher turn units are accurate to +/- 0.15% of full scale. All ranges have essentially infinite resolution.
