Year 2000 Compliance Statement. . .


Celesco Transducers, Inc. is aware of the concern for
year 2000 compliance and is taking action to avoid
interruption of our operations with regards to and not
limited to the following:

General
Products offered by Celesco Transducer Products do
not contain date sensitive elements.

Business computer system
We will examine our material systems can and will plan and procure
raw materials, manufacture, ship, and communicate
shipments, etc. to our customer’s through the year
2000.

We will be able to pay employees, produce financial
statements and conduct normal business not directly
related to supplying our customers with goods and
services in the year 2000.

Being leap year compliant (Feb. 29, 2000)

Technical Infrastructure
We will examine our operating systems, CPU’s, network hardware and
software.

End user computing
We will examine our PC and Server based processes and
determine if they will continue to properly function, and determine what needs to take place to.

Suppliers agents and service providers
We will assess the impact these external providers
might have on our operation and determine actions necessary to
insure they can provide uninterrupted service to our
organization.

Manufacturing, warehousing, and servicing equipment
We will examine equipment on our factory floor and
warehouse areas looking for devices that may be date
dependent, especially microprocessor controlled devices
and will implement a plan to upgrade or replace these
items.

Environmental operations in plants, offices and other sites
We will examine HVAC, security / access, PBX, fire and
alarm systems and implement a plan for compliance or
replacement.

Dedicated R&D facilities
We will examine test and development facilities and
determine if they will be able to accurately continue
our R&D activities in the year 2000.
